Tulunadu Cusine

Tulunadu cuisine is famous for sea foods are fish, crab, and prawns. Also, other non-veg dishes are chicken, mutton, and pork too. Here most of the cuisine is made by using coconut, locally made spices, curry leaves, red chilies, and pepper. some special cuisine is Kori rotti, Kori sukka, neer dose, prawn ghee roast, and squid pepper fry. In seafood, there are a lot of varieties are fish curry, fish pulimunchi, fish Tawa fry, fish Rava fry, fish masala fry, and fish deep fry which are mouth-watering foods. Also for breakfast and snacks, local cuisine like golibaje, buns, chattambade, masala dosa, uttapam, onion dosa, and Rava dosa is served with a cup of tea, coffee, or kashaya (kashaya is made of some herbal ingredient powdered and mixed with milk)

Tulu Nadu which is located in the coastal area. so the malpe port is one of the large fish export harbors in India .So  for our customers we will serve freshly sourced fish from the sea.
